When I work with women I often find that they aren’t eating enough food.
For so long we have been told to eat less and move more. Count your calories and do that extra spin class. Did you know that under-eating can not only stall weight loss but that it can contribute to weight gain? Yes, at some point calories matter, but they’re not the first thing to look at.

- How is your sleep?
- How’s your stress?
